In fact, household heat pump in the case of a reasonable match will not use electricity auxiliary.Such as 0.75KW with 100-150L water tank, 1.57KW units with 200-500L water tank, so that both prolong the life of the host really achieve the use of heat pump water heaters energy saving, environmental protection, safety performance.

There is two different way from the use, one is 24 hours supply and another is regular water supply, 24 hours supply is mainly used in hotels, hospitals and other places, regular supply is mainly used in schools, factories and other places
Regular water supply installation is simple. Just need two circulation pipes to heat between host and water tank, hot water after a particular time used up then re-add cold water into water tank to be reheated. This installation method is very energy-efficient.

There is more ways installation for 24 hours supply, such as direct thermal, cycle type and big small water tanks.

Direct thermal type is cold water turn into hot water after passing through the host directly, the water temperature can reach between 45-65 . This principle is to control the filling water through a throttling device, water flow can not fill the entire heat exchanger, so must consider the diameter of the heat exchanger not be too big to go through, repeated testing must be done to select the most reasonable diameter.

Cycle heating is the water in water tank heated by cycling, will fill up the water tank with cold water after checking automaticly there is not enough water, and then re-cycle to reach the setting termperature, this installation is relatively easy.

Big/small water tank: small water tank heated to be a certain temperature, then move all the water from small water tank to big water tank, fill up small tank with cold water, continuous cycle, until the large tank filled with hot water. This method in the control relatively complex, but not a high temperature heating phenomenon like a cycle heating in the host. Therefore, the energy saving effect is relatively high.

3.Business project warm-keeping.

There is Pipe and tank insulation. There are two kinds of insulation in water pipe insulation cotton or polyurethane foam. Small diameter generally use cotton insulation, large tubes use polyurethane foam insulation. In the lower ambient temperature, the temperature drop was particularly severe, if there is backwater system, but not warm-keeping to water supply pipe and back water pipes, energy efficiency will be drastically reduced. Tank insulation is also important, stainless steel water tank insulation under normal circumstances, with 5mm of polyurethane foam insulation layer, and then outside of the insulation layer and a layer of stainless steel. So the warm-keeping effect of water tank is also good.

In conclusion, it is no doubt about the energy-saving of air source heat pump water heater, but there are factors of matching, installation, warm-keeping, will affect the energy saving. So must pay more attention on above questions, can make the air source heat pump water heater performance excellent.
